Terms and conditions of training course

Notes to participant

  1. Participants should not be accepted to change class and the right of participation is not transferable.
  2. No makeup class and refund will be arranged due to any personal reason, inclement weather or special condition in the city. 
  3. WAC Training T-shirt must be worn, also bring suitable and enough drinks during training sessions.
  4. Please do not leave your belongings unattended. WAC shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage of personal property brought to and/or left in the sports ground.
  5. The instructor and staff of WAC have the right to reject anyone who fails to observe the instructions from attending the course.  Fees paid are not refundable.
  6. Participants should be aware of their health condition, and avoid taking the class when feeling unwell or showing symptoms of infectious diseases like fever, respiratory tract symptoms (e.g. cough, running nose, sore throat), conjunctivitis, skin rashes, skin damage etc.
  7. For safety’s sake, instructors may reject anyone whose health condition is considered unsuitable for participation and those who have signs and symptoms of infectious diseases like fever, respiratory tract symptoms (e.g. cough, running nose, sore throat), conjunctivitis, skin rashes, skin damage etc. from participating the lesson.
  8. If participants suspect that they are subjected to sexual harassment, they should inform the officer-in-charge of the activity / venue staff at once, and may call 2511 8211 to seek advice directly from the Equal Opportunities Commission.
  9. No pets should be brought to the activity.
  10. WAC have the right to amend the course date, time and venue. No make-up classes and no refunds arrangement available.

In case the warning signal is cancelled two hours before an activity commences and the venue condition permits, all activities will be held as scheduled.

Participants should consider the actual weather and traffic condition when deciding whether or not to attend the activity.

There will be no make-up classes and no refunds for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
